The Utility Department strives to provide outstanding customer service to the Citizens of Bertram. We partner with Clawson Disposal Inc. to make sure your needs are met for trash service. The City of Bertram operates it's own Water Department and Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City also operates a recycling center that is manned by Volunteers.
The City of Bertram Utility Billing Department is responsible for customer service related to water, sewer, trash and recycling.

Customer's are billed on a monthly basis, water meters are read between the 24th and 28th of each month. Bills are mailed out on the 1st of each month. Payments are due by the 15th of each month.
A 10% penalty will be added to the utility bill after the 15th day of each month. If the 15th day falls on a holiday or weekend, the 10% penalty will be applied on the first day following the day after the holiday or weekend.
